GI.RARDEAU, STALE. :OF MISSOURI FOR STREET .RIGHT'=OF-14AY TO.
IMPROVE AND CONSTRUCT STREETS ON PERRYVILLE ROAD
WHEREAS, "Bettie '14. Talbert :and C. R.. Talbert, Jr.,
her husband, have executed a Quit Claim Deed, conveying to.
the City of Cape Girardeau, Missouri, part .of Section 30;
Township 31 North, Range 14:East, City and County of Cape
Girardeau, Missouri, as more fully described hereinafter in
this Ordinance, .and the City d.es.ires to accept .such dee.d� and
have the same recorded.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF CAPE GIRA.RDEAU, MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION .1. The City of Cape Girardeau, Missouri, hereby
accepts a Quit .Claim Deed executed. by Bettie M. Talbert and
C. R.. Talbert,:Jr., her husband; dated the 18th day of August,.
1971, conveying to the City of Cape Girardeau, Missouri, the
following described real estate located in the -City and County
of Cape Girardeau, Missouri:
All that part of Fractional Section 30,..
Township 31 North, Range 14 East, in the City and
County of Cape Girardeau, .State of Missouri, described
as follows: Start at the intersection of the center
line of Cape Rock Drive.with the .center line of
Perryville Road; thence with the center of said
Perryville Road 301 54' west 13x.3 feet; thence
with the. center of said road north .12° 39' west.
487.5 feet; thence with .the center of said road
north 28° 6' west 151.25 feet; thence north 27° 57'
west 96.4 feet for a point of beginning; thence
continue _north 27° 57' west along the "center line
of Perryville Road a distance of 304.0.feet; thence
north -.62a 03 east 20 feet; thence south 27° 57'
east parallel too the center line of Perryville Road
a distance of 304.0 feet; thence .south 62`03'
west 20 .feet .to the point of beginning.
SECTION 2. The Q"u:it Claim Deed hereby conveyed as
described in Section 1 hereof is for the purpose of enabling
the City, its. agents., servants and assigns to improve anal
construct streets on Perryville Road., in the City of Cape
Girardeau, Missouri

SECTION 3. It is ordered by the Council of the City of
Cape Girardeau that said deed be recorded by the City Clerk
in the Office of the Recorder of Deeds of Cape Girardeau
County, Missouri.
SECTION 4. This Ordinance shall be in full force and
effect ten days after its passage and approval.
PASSED AND APPROVED THIS 5 DAY OF SEPTEMBER, 1971.
