AN ORDINANCE ADOPTING THE PLAT OF SYLVAN ACRES FOURTH SUBDIVISION,
BEING A SUBDIVISION OF PART OF LOTS 4 & 5, SLOANS SUBDIVISION OF
OUTLOTS 69 &'71, U.S.P. SURVEY 2199, AND LOTS 1 THRU 6, BLOCK 2
AND LOTS 1 THRU 4, BLOCK 3, GREEN MEADOWS, CITY AND COUNTY OF
CAPE GIRARDEAU, STATE OF MISSOURI
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CAPE
GIRARDEAU, MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. That the plat of Sylvan Acres Fourth
Subdivision, being a subdivision of part of Lots 4 and 5, Sloans
Subdivision of Outlots 69 and 71, U.S.P. Survey 2199, and Lots
1 thru 6, Block 2 and Lots 1 thru 4, Block 3, Green Meadows, City
and County of Cape Girardeau, State of Missouri, as shown on the
original plat of said Sylvan Acres Fourth Subdivision, dated
July 31, 1971, which plat was filed with the City Clerk and the
City Engineer and examined and approved by them, is hereby accepted
and approved upon the condition that the plat be recorded in the
office of the Recorder of Deeds as required by law and that all
taxes against the same are paid as required by Section 445.030,
RSMo 1969.
SECTION 2. That the City Clerk is hereby authorized and
directed to endorse upon said original plat dated as aforesaid
and executed by Charlotte G. Black and Julia A. Cantrell, and
Frank Cantrell, her husband, owners, on the 31st day of July, 1971,
the approval of the City Council, attested by the seal of the
City of Cape Girardeau, Missouri.
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall be in full force and
effect ten days after its passage and approval.
