AN ORDINANCE ACCEPTING AN EASEMENT TO SERVE SEWERS IN SEWER DISTRICT
NO. 12NN AND 14H FROM EMIL MEYER AND HILDRETH MEYER,. HUSBAND AND
WIFE, IN THE COUNTY OF CAPE GIRARDEAU,: STATE OF MISSOURI
WHEREAS, Emil Meyer and Hildreth: Meyer, husband and wife,
have executed an eas mant to serve sewers in Sewer District No. 12NN
and 14H conveying to the City of Cape Girardeau, Missouri, land
all in the County of Cape Girardeau, Missouri; and all as more fully
described hereinafter in the Ordinance, and the City desires to
accept such easement and have the same recorded,
NOW,. THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF CAPE GIRARDEAU, MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. The City of Cape Girardeau, Missouri, hereby
accepts an easement for sewers, ,executed by Emil Meyer and Hildreth
Meyer, husband and wife, ,conveying to the City of Cape Girardeau,.
Missouri,.an easement to serve sewers in Sewer. District No. 12NN and
14H on the following described real estate located in the County
of Cape Girardeau, Missouri:
Part of Section 19, T. 31 N., R. 14 E., described
as follows
A strip of land 10 feet wide; -lying 5 feet on either
side of the following described center line:
Begin at :a point on the wast line of Section 19,
71.8 feet North of the southwest corner of Section 19;
thence East parallel to: the south line of Section 19,,
40.0.feet; thence South, parallel to the West line
of Section 19, 71.8 feet to the south line of Section 19,
and there terminating.
and it is ordered that said easement be recorded in the Office of
the Recorder of Deeds of Cape Girardeau County, Missouri.
SECTION 2. This easement hereby conveyed as described
in Section 1 hereof is for the purpose of enabling the City, .its
agents, servants and assigns, to install,,lay, .erect, construct,
maintain, operate and repair a certain sewer pipe or sewer main which
is to be placed in,.on, upon, or across said described property,
together with all the useful, necessary and proper adjuncts,
appurtenances, manholes, and appliances in connection therewith.
