AN ORDINANCE CHANGING THE NAME OF GLADYS DRIVE, "WHICH IS A STREET
IN CRITES 3RD ADDI'T'ION AND CRITES 4TH ADDITION, CITY AND COUNTY
OF CAPE GIRA.R.DEAU, MISSOURI, AS SHOWN ON PLATS APPROVED AND
ACCEPTED ON JULY 1, 1970.BY CITY MANAGER FORM ORDINANCE NO. 502
503, TO THE NAME OF PIND MOOD LANE
WHEREAS, the property owners of all the'adjoining.land to
Gladys Drive in Crites 3rd Addition and Crites .4th Addition, as
shown on plats approved and accepted on July 1, 1970 by City Manager
Form Ordinance No. 502. and 503, have petitioned. the City Council
to change the name'of Gladys Drive to Pind Wood Lane;. and
WHEREAS, said property owners have waived the provisions
of Section 77.220 RSMo 1959 in accordance with the signed document
attached hereto and incorporated herein as Exhibit A; and
WHEREAS,,there are no property owners along Gladys Drive
to object to the name change;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT .ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY.
OF CAPE GIRARDEA:U, MISSOURI, AS 'FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. The. name of Gladys Drive in Crites 3rd Addition
and Crites 4th Addition, as shown on plats' approved and accepted
on July 1, ,1970 by City Manager Form Ordinance 'No. 502 and 503,
is changed to the name of Pind Wood Lane.
SECTION .2. The City Clerk is hereby authorized to file
with the Recorder of Deeds of the .County of Cape Girardeau, Missouri,
a certified copy of this ordinance and shall have the Recorder of
Deeds enter this ordinance upon the records of the County of Cape
Girardeau, Missouri.
SECTION 3. This ordinance'shdll be.in full force and
effect ten days after its passage and approval.

adjoining Gladys Drive in Crites 3rd Addition and Crites 4th
Addition, City and County of Cape Girardeau, Missouri, do
hereby request that the nanme of Gladys Drive be changed to
Pind Wood Lane.
As owners of all the property along Gladys Drive in
Crites 3rd and 4th Addition, we do hereby waive the provisions
contained in Section 77.220 RSMo 1969, including the passing
of a Resolution declaring the change • the name necessary,,
the publishing of the Resolution in a newspaper, the four (4)
week waiting period and the other provisions of Section 77,220
