AN ORDINANCE ACCEPTING A QUIT CLAIM DEED FROM MAX G. STOVALL A.-mD
EVELYN L. STOVALL, HIS WIFE, FOR PORTIONS OF BRIARCLIFF DRIVE AND
PARKSITE DRIVE-IN -PARKSITE ESTATES, CITY AND COUNTY OF CAPE GIRAR-
DEAU, STATE OF MISSOURI
WHEREAS, Max G. Stovall and Evelyn L. Stovall, his wife, have
executed a Quit Claim Deed, conveying to the City of Cape'Girardeau,
Mis.souri.,.portions of Briarcliff Drive and Parksite Drive in
Parksite Estates, in the* City and County of Cape Girardeau, Missouri,
as -more fully described hereinafter in this ordinance, and the
City des'ires to accept such deed and have the same -recorded;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINEDBY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF CAPE GIRARDEAU, MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. The City of Cape Girardeau, Missouri® hereby
accepts a Quit Claim Deed executed by Max G. Stovall and Evelyn L.
Stovall,.his wife, conveying to the City of Cape Girardeau, Missouri,
the following described real estate located in the,'c"ity and County
of Cape Girardeau, Missouri:
Briarcliff Drive, coinuplete, from Parks'ite Drive
to Lexington Avenue; and Parksite*Drive,.from Cape
Rock Drive,. North and West, 953 feetas-said streets
are platted and designated on the plat of Parksite
Estates,- approved and accepted by City Manager Form
Ordinance No. 705, August.16, 1972.
SECTION 2. it is ordered by the Council of the City of Cape
Girardeau that said deed be recorded by the City Clerk in the Office
of the Recorder of Deeds of Cape'Girardeau County, Missouri.
SECTION 3.' Thisordinanceshall be*in full force and effect
ten days after its passage and approval.
