AN ORDINANCE ACCEPTING A QUIT CLAIM DEED FROM P -M LAND CO., FOR.
MONTEREY DRIVE AND LeMESA DRIVE IN SAN DANGARO FIRST SUBDIVISION,,
CItY.AND.COU-L,qTY OF CAPE GIRARDEAU, STATE OF MISSOURI

WHEREAS,.P-M Land Co., by Daniel G. Penrod, Pres*ident,has
executed a Quit Claim Deed,.conveying to the City of Cape Girardeau,
Missouri, Monterey Drive and LeMesa Drive .in San Dangaro First
Subdivision, in the City and County of Cape Girardeau,.Missouri,
as more fully described hereinafter in this ordinance, and the City
desires to accept-suchdeed and have the -same recorded;
NOW, THEREFORE, -BE IT ORDAINED BY THEA COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF CAPE GIRARDEAU, MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. The City of Cape Girardeau, Missouri, hdrel:iv
accepts a Quit Claim Deed executed by P -M Land Co.,.by Daniel G..
Penrod, President, conveying to the City of Cape 'Girardeau, Missouri,
the following described real estate .located in the City and County
of Cape Girardeau, Missouri:
Monterey Drive and LeMesa Drive,',as shown and
indicated on plat of San Dangaro First Subdivision,.
in the City and County of Cape Girardeau, Missouri,
and as accepted by City Manager Form Ordinance No. 762,.
dated March 21, 1973.
SECTION 2. It is ordered by the Council of the City of
Cape Girardeau that said deed be recorded by the City Clerk in the
Office of the Re6orde-r of Deeds of Cape Girardeau County, Missouri.
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect
ten days after itspassageand approval.
