AN ORDINANCE ACCEPTING A QUIT CLAIM DEED FROM LEONARD LOWES
CONSTRUCTION AND DEVELOPMENT COMPANY, FOR PORTIONS OF KEVIN
DRIVE, BETH DRIVE, BELLERIDGE PIKE, KENT DRIVE, KENNETH DRIVE
AND TIMOTHY CIRCLE IN WOODLAND HILLS ESTATES, CITY AND COUNTY
OF CAPE GIRARDEAU, STATE OF MISSOURI
WHEREAS, Leonard Lowes Construction and Development Company,
a Missouri corporation, has executed a Quit Claim Deed, conveying
to the City of Cape Girardeau, Missouri, portions of Kevin Drive,
Beth Drive, Belleridge Pike, Kent Drive, Kenneth Drive and Timothy
Circle in Woodland Hills Estates, in the City and County of Cape
Girardeau, Missouri, as more fully described hereinafter in this
ordinance, and the City desires to accept such deed and have the
same recorded;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF CAPE GIRARDEAU, MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. The City of Cape Girardeau, Missouri, hereby
accepts a Quit Claim Deed executed by Leonard Lowes Construction
and Development Company, a Missouri corporation, conveying to the
City of Cape Girardeau, Missouri, the following described real
estate located in the City and County of Cape Girardeau, Missouri:
Kevin Drive, Beth Drive, Belleridge Pike from a
point 140 feet South of the South line of Allen Drive
to a point 15 feet South of the South line of Beth Drive,
Kent Drive from the South line of Allen Drive to a point
80 feet South of the South line of Beth Drive, Kenneth
Drive from a point 10 feet West of the West line of
Kent Drive to a point 300 feet South of the South
line of Timothy Circle, and Timothy Circle, as all of
above streets are platted and designated on the plat of
Woodland Hills Estates, accepted by City Manager Form
Ordinance No. 666.
SECTION 2. It is ordered by the Council of the City of Cape
Girardeau that said deed be recorded by the City Clerk in the Office
of the Recorder of Deeds of Cape Girardeau County, Missouri.
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect
ten days after its passage and approval. ,,/n}
