AN ORDINANCE ACCEPTING A QUITCLAIM DEED FROM STEPHEN E. STROM AND
PATRICIA F. STROM FOR ALL OF SHERWOOD DRIVE AND NORTHBRIDGE DRIVE
AND PART OF LOTS. 51, 52,: 53, 54, 55, 63 AND 69 OF NORTHFIELD SECOND
SUBDIVISION,. CITY. AND COUNTY OF CAPE GIRARDEAU, STATE OF MISSOURI

WHEREAS, Stephen E. Strom and Patricia F. Strom have executed
a Quit Claim Deed,.conveying to the City of Ca-pe'Girardeau, Missouri,
all of Sherwood Drive,Northbridge Drive, and partofLots 51, 52,
53, 54, 55, 63 and 69 in Northfield Second Subdivision, in the
City and County of Cape Girardeau, .Miss.ouri, as more" fully described
hereinafter in this Ordinance, and the. City desired to accept such
deed and have the same recorded:
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL'OF THE CITY
OF CAPE GIRARDEAU, MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. The City of Cape Girardeau, Missouri, hereby
accepts a Quit Claim Deed executed by Stephen E. Strom and Patricia
F. Strom, conveying to the City of Cape Girardeau, Missouri, the
following described real estate located in the City and County of
Cape Girardeau, Missouri:
All of Sherwood Drive and all of Northbridge Drive
in Northfield Second Subdivision to the City and
County of Cape Girardeau, Missouri.
An easement for sanitary sewer purposes . over and
upon the west five (5) feet of the east ten (10) feet
of Lots. 51, 527 53, 54, and 55 of Northfield Second
Subdivision to the City and County of Cape Girardeau,
Missouri.
An easement for sanitary and storm sewer purposes
over and upon the north .four (4) feet of the'south
ten (10) feet of Lot 63 of Northfield Second Subdivision
to the City and County of Cape Girardeau, Missouri.
An easement for sanitary sewer and utility purposes
over and upon the: west -ten (10) feet of the east
twenty (20) feet of Lot 69 of Northfield Second
Subdivision to the City and County of Cape Girardeau,
Missouri.
SECTION .2. it is ordered by the Council of the City of
Cape Girardeau that said deed be. recorded by the 'City Clerk in the
Office of the Recorder of Deeds of Cape Girardeau CountyY Missouri.
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall be in full force and
effect ten days after its passage and approval.
