AN ORDINANCE ACCEPTING EASEMENTS FOR SEWERS IN.SEWER DISTRICT NO.
12-H IN THE CITY AND COUNTY OF CAPE GIRARDEAU, STATE. OF MISSOURI

WHEREAS,. Mid -South Tabulating Service, Inc., William R.
Schott and Frankie L. Schott, his wife,* and William M. Bryan
and Jessie Jo Bryan, his wife, have executed easements for sewers
in Sewer District No. 12-H, conveying to the City of Cape Girardeau,
Missouri, land all in the City of Cape Girardeau, Missouri, and
all as more fully described hereinafter in the ordinance, and the
City desires to accept such easements and have the -same recorded;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF CAPE GIRARDEAU, MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. The City of Cape Girardeau, Missouri, hereby
accepts easements. for sewers, executed by Mid-SouthhTa-bulating
Service, Inc., William R. Schott and Frankie L. Schott, his wife?
and Williams. M. Bryan and Jessie Jo Bryan, his wife, conveying ing to
the City of Cape Girardeau, Missouri, easements.for sewers in
Sewer District No. 12-.H on the following described real estate'
located in the City and County of Cape Girardeau, Missouri:
Part of Lot 19, Carol's Subdivision, being a
strip of land 10 feet in width lying 5 feet on each.
side of the.following described center line:
Begin at a point on theeast line of said Lot 19,
North, 215.8 feet from the southeast corner of said
Lot 19, which corner is common to Lots 18 and 19,
Carol's Subdivision; thence 'southwesterly, 217.7
feet to a. point on the 'south line of said Lot 19,
which point is 74.2 feet west .of the corner . common
to Lots 18 and 19, Carol's Subdivision, and there
terminating.
SECTION 2. The easements hereby conveyed as described
in Section 1 hereof are for thd.'purpose'of enabling the City,_
its agents, servants and assigns, to install, lay, erect, construct,
maintain, operatee'and repair a certain sewer er pipe or sewer main
which is to be -placed in, on, upon, or across said property
described,together with all the useful, necessary and proper
adjuncts, appurtenances, manholes and appliances in connection
therewith.
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall be in full force and
effect ten days after its passage and approval.
