AN ORDINANCE ACCEPTING A GENERAL WARRANTY DEED EXECUTED BY
CHARLES F. BLATTNER, JR. AND JOYCE E. BLATTNER, HIS WIFE,
AND JERRY E. ERLBACHER AND MARTHA B. ERLBACHER, HIS WIFE,
FOR PART OF FRACTIONAL SECTION 25, TOWNSHIP 31 NORTH, RANGE
13 EAST, AND PART OF OUTLOT NO. 78A, U.S. PRIVATE SURVEY
NO. 2199, TOWNSHIP 31 NORTH, RANGE 13 EAST, CITY AND COUNTY
OF CAPE GIRARDEAU, STATE OF MISSOURI, FOR A FIRE STATION SITE
WHEREAS, Charles F. Blattner, Jr. and Joyce E. Blattner,
— his wife, and Jerry E. Erlbacher and Martha B. Erlbacher, his
wife, have executed a General Warranty Deed, conveying to the
City of Cape Girardeau, Missouri, land for a fire station site
in the City and County of Cape Girardeau, Missouri, as more
fully described hereinafter in this ordinance, and the City
desires to accept such deed and have the same recorded;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF CAPE GIRARDEAU, MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. The City of Cape Girardeau, Missouri, hereby
accepts a General Warranty Deed executed by Charles F. Blattner,
Jr. and Joyce E. Blattner, his wife, and Jerry E. Erlbacher and
Martha B. Erlbacher, his wife, conveying to the City of Cape
Girardeau, Missouri, the following described real estate located
in the City and County of Cape Girardeau, Missouri:
Part of Fractional Section 25, Township 31 North,
Range 13 East, and part of Outlot No. 78A, U.S. Private
Survey No. 2199, Township 31 North, Range '13 East, City
and County of Cape Girardeau, State of Missouri,
described as follows:
Start at the intersection of the west line of
said Outlot No. 78A and the north line of U.S.
Highway No. 61; thence North 50 01 East, with said
west line, 271.3 feet; thence South 73° 0' East,
434.0 feet to a stone; thence north, on the line
dividing Fractional Sections 25 and 26, and said
line extended, 123.4 feet to the point of beginning;
thence South800. 51' East, 172.-9 feet to the west
line of Kurre Lane; thence North 300 49' East, with
said west line$ ,48.4 feet to the point of curve of a
21° 48' curve to the left; thence northerly with said
west line and said 210 48' curve to the left, 36.47
feet to the point of tangent of said curve; thence
North 220 52' East, with said west line, 0.25 feet;
thence North 800 51' West, 214.7 feet to the line
dividing Fractional Sections 25 and 26; thence South,
with said dividing line, 81.03 feet to the point of
beginning.
SECTION 2.. It is ordered by the Council of the City of
Cape Girardeau, Missouri, that said deed be recorded by the
City Clerk in the Office of the Recorder of Deeds of Cape
Girardeau County, Missouri.
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall be in full force and
effect ten days after its passage and approval.
