AN ORDINANCE VACATING A PORTION OF A SEWER EASEMENT IN DOCTORS'
PARK SECOND SUBDIVISION, IN THE CITY AND COUNTY OF CAPE GIRARDEAU,
MISSOURI, AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE QUIT CLAIM DEEDS
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CAPE GIRARDEAU,
MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. That portion of a sewer easement in Doctor's
Park Second Subdivision in the City of Cape Girardeau, Missouri,
described as follows:
Part of Lots 57, 58, 59 and 60, Doctors' Park Second,
City and County of Cape Girardeau, State of Missouri, being
a strip of land 10 feet in width lying 5 feet either side of
the following described center line.
Begin at a point on the line between said Lots 57 and
60, 15 feet North and along said line from the corner
common to said Lots 57 and 60 on the south line of Doctors'
Park Second; thence North, with the line dividing said Lots
57 and 60 and Lots 58 and 59, 205 feet and there terminating.
is not necessary or need for any of the purposes for which it was
dedicated and established.
SECTION 2. That portion of a sewer easement as described in
Section 1 of -this Ordinance is hereby vacated by the City of Cape
Girardeau, Missouri.
SECTION 3. The Mayor of the City of Cape Girardeau, Missouri,
is hereby authorized and empowered to execute and deliver a quit
claim deed for the vacated portion of the above described land to
the abutting property owner.
SECTION 4. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect
ten days after its passage and approval.
