12-1 -i-A , A► SUBDIVISION OF SEWER DISTRICT NO. 12
APPROVING THi PLANS FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF A SYSTEM OF SANITARY
LATERAL SEWERS IN SEWER DISTRICT ISO. 12 -F -1-A ASD AUTHORIZING
THE CONSTRUCTION OF SANITARY LATERAL SEARS IN SEWER DISTRICT NO.
1 2-F -1-A , UNDER A PRIVATE CONTRACT SUBJECT TO CERTAIN PROVISIONS,.
IN THE CITY OF CAPE GI EAU, MISSOURI
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CAPE GIRARDEAU,
MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. That the •boundaries of Sesser District No. 12 -F -1-A
a subdivision of Sewer District No. 12
in the City of
Cape Girardeau, Missouri, shall he as follows:
Part of Outlot 75, U. S. Private Survey 2199, City and County of Cape Gir-
ardeau, State of Missouri, described as follows;
Start at the southwest corner of said Outlot 75; thence N 9 deg. E, with
the west line of said Outlot 75, 1153.55 feet; thence S 81 deg. E, 30.0 feet
to the point of beginning on the east line of Cape Rock Drive; thence S 77 deg.
E, 231.0 feet; thence N 9 deg. E, 163.35 feet to the south line of Erna Drive;
thence N 77 deg. W, with said south line 231.0 feet to the east line of Cape
Rock Drive; thence S 9 deg. tib, with said east line, 163.35 feet to the point
Of beginning '
SECTION 2. That the plans for the construction of a system
of sanitary lateral sewers to sere Sewer District No. 12 -F -1-A ,
a copy of which is on file in the office of the City Clerk, are
hereby approved and ordered riled.
SECTION 3. That the owners of lands in said Sewer District
No. 12 -F -1-A are hereby granted permission to construct said
system of sanitary lateral sewers in Sewer District No. 12 -F -1-A
and to connect same to existing sewers in Sewer District No.
12-F subject to, the following provisions.
1. That proper authority= has been secured to proceed from
the Missouri Clean Mater Commission.
2. That all Permanent easements for said sewers on Private
property are made to the City of Cape Girardeau, Missouri,
prior to execution of a contract for the work Of construction
of said sewers.
3. That all City Ordinances, Standard Specifications of
the City and State laws applicable to this project will
be observed in all respects.
4., That the quality of the work and materials be inspected
by the agents of . the Department Of Public Works of the
said City, and thd cost of said inspections be paid to
said City following the completion of the work and its
acceptance by said City and the Missouri Clean Water
Commission.
SECTION 4. That this Ordinance shall take effect and be in
-Lull force from and after ten days following its passage and
approval.
