AN ORDINANCE ACCEPTING A CONSTRUCTION
EASEMENT FROM DANIEL H. MONROE AND JO ANN
MONROE FOR PAVING MELROSE AVENUE FROM
MARGARET TO RANDOL
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CAPE GIRARDEAU,
MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. The City of Cape Girardeau hereby accepts a
Construction Easement executed by Daniel H. Monroe and Jo Ann
Monroe, conveying a Permanent Easement for paving Melrose
Avenue from. Margaret to Randol to the City in the following
described real estate located in the City and County of Cape
Girardeau, Missouri:.
Start at the Northwest corner of Flock 5, Lot 3 of the
Alma Schrader Subdivision in the City and County of
Cape Girardeau, Missouri, this being the point of
beginning thence in a Southerly direction along the
West. line of Block 5, Lot 3 20 feet; thence in a
Easterly direction parallel with the North line of
Block 5, Lot 3 20 feet thence in a Northerly
direction parallel to the West line of Block. 5, Lot 3
20 feet; thence in a Westerly direction along the
North line of Block 5, Lot 3 20 feet to the point of
beginning.
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect
ten days after its passage and approval.
