AN ORDINANCE APPROVING THE RECORD PLAT OF
KIR'CHHOFF'S SECOND SUBDIVISION
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF. THE CITY OF CAPE GIRARDEAU,
MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. The record plat of Kirchhoff 's Second Subdivision,
being a part of Tract No. 5 of the Klages Partition of Part of out
Lot 77, U.S.P. Survey 2199, in the City and County of Cape
Girardeau, State of Missouri, submitted by Gaslight Village, a
Corporation, and bearing the certification of Carl M. Friese, a.
Registered Land Surveyor,. dated September 30, 1987, is hereby
approved.
SECTION 2. The City Clerk is hereby directed to sign the plat
with the date of Council approval and affix thereto the seal of
the City of Cape Girardeau, Missouri.
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect
ten days. after its passage and approval.
