AN ORDINANCE ACCEPTING A SEWER EASEMENT FROM
ROBERT L. PENROD
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF 'CAPE
GIRARDEAU, MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. The City of Cape Girardeau hereby accepts the
sewer easement executed by Robert L. Penrod, conveying a sewer
easement to the City in the followingdescribed real estate
located in the City and County of Cape Girardeau, Missouri:
Sanitary sewer easement 15 feet in width, being the
East 15 feet of Lot 29 of Cedar Ridge Subdivision in
the City of Cape Girardeau, Missouri, described as
follows;
Begin at the Northeast corner of said Lot 29 and run
South 10 00' 41" West, along the East line of said Lot
29 a distance of 223.43 feet; thence South 60 19' 04"
East, 120.42 feet; thence South 10 33' 14" East, 210.0
feet to the Southeast corner of said Lot 29; thence
South 881 26' .46" West, 15.0 feet thence North 10 331

14" West, .209.38 feet; thence North _60 19' 04" West,
120.75 feet; thence North 1° 00' 41" East, 223.86
feet; thence North 880 56' 46" East, 15.01 feet to the
point of beginning.
SECTION 2. This ordinance shall be in full force and
effect ten days after its passage and approval.
