AN ORDINANCE APPROVING THE RECORD PLAT OF
CLARKTON PLACE SUBDIVISION PHASE I
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CAPE GIRARDEAU,
MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. The record plat of Clarkton Place Subdivision
Phase I, being a part of the Northwest Quarter of Section 35,
Township 31 North, Range 13 East of the Fifth Principal Meridian,
in the City and County of Cape Girardeau, State of Missouri,
submitted by Bobby G. Clark and Jane K. Clark, and bearing the
certification of Richard I. Bowen, a Registered Land Surveyor,
dated August 31, 1987, is hereby approved.
SECTION 2. The City Clerk is hereby directed to sign the plat
with the date of Council approval and affix thereto the seal of
the City of Cape Girardeau, Missouri.
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect
ten days after its passage and approval.
