AN ORDINANCE APPROVING THE RECORD PLAT OF A
RESUBDIVISION OF LOT 21 OF INDEPENDENCE WEST
COMMERCIAL SUBDIVISION
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CAPE GIRARDEAU,
MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. The record plat of a Resubdivision of Lot 21 of
Independence West Commercial Subdivision, being a part of Outlot
No.'s 81, 82, 87 and the Rodney 400 Arpen Tract of U.S.P.S. No.
2199, Township 30 North, Range 13 East, in the City and County of
Cape Girardeau, State of Missouri, submitted by Blattner Brother
Real Estate Company and Jerry Lipps and Ruth W. Lipps, husband and
wife, and bearing the certification of Richard I. Bowen, a
Registered Land Surveyor, dated July 7, 1987, is hereby approved.
SECTION 2. The City Clerk is hereby directed to sign the plat
with the date of Council approval and affix thereto the seal of
the City of Cape Girardeau, Missouri.
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect
ten days after its passage and approval.
