AN ORDINANCE ACCEPTING A SEWER EASEMENT FROM
LARRY L. HAERTLING
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CAPE
GIRARDEAU, MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. The City of Cape Girardeau hereby accepts the
sewer easement executed by Larry L. Haertling conveying a sewer
easement to the City in the following described real estate
located in the City and County of Cape Girardeau, Missouri:
A tract of land approximately 10 feet by 70 feet in
the Northwest part of Lot 5, Crites 5th Subdivision of
the City of Cape Girardeau, more particularly
described as follows:
Commence at the Northwest corner of said Lot 5; thence
74.89 feet southerly along the West line of Lot 5;
thence perpendicular to said West line, easterly 15
feet to the point of beginning of the centerline of
said 10 foot wide easement; thence northerly 70 feet
parallel to said West line to a point on the North
line of Lot 5, said point being 15.78 feet from the
northwest corner of said Lot 5 and there terminating.
SECTION 2. This ordinance shall be in full force and
effect ten days after its passage and apprval.
