AN ORDINANCE ESTABLISHING THE BOUNDARIES OF SEWER
DISTRICT NO. 14-X-3, A SUBDIVISION OF TRUNK SEWER
DISTRICT NO. 14, IN THE CITY OF CAPE GIRARDEAU,
MISSOURI
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CAPE GIRARDEAU,
MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. That the boundaries of Sewer District No. 14-X-3,
a subdivision of Trunk Sewer District No. 14 in the City of Cape
Girardeau, Missouri, shall be as follows:
Part_ of the West Half of the Southwest Quarter of Section
19, Township 31 North, Range 14 East, City and County of
Cape Girardeau, State of Missouri, described as follows:
Beginning at the Northeast corner of Northfield Ninth
Subdivision as recorded in the land records of the County
Recorders Office in Plat Book No. 15 at Page No. 30; thence
South 890 36' 00" West, 1351.31 feet along the North line
of Northfield Ninth Subdivision and Northfield Seventh
Subdivision to the Northwest corner of Northfield Seventh
Subdivision as Recorded in the land records of the County
Recorders Office in Plat Book No. 15 at Page No. 2; thence
North 000 49' 00" West, 330.00 feet along the West line of
Northfield Seventh Subdivision prolonged; thence North 890
36' 00" East, 273.87 feet; thence South 130 55' 43" East,
41.14 feet; thence North 890 36' 00" East, 478.00 feet;
thence North 560 41' 59" East, 202.51 feet; thence North
890 36' 00" East, 418.81 feet to the East line of
Northfield Ninth Subdivision prolonged; thence South 000
53' 00" East, 400.00 feet along said East line prolonged to
the point of beginning containing 10.52 acres more or less.
SECTION 2. That this Ordinance shall take effect and be in
full force from and after ten days following its passage and
approval.
