ORDINANCE NO. 774
AN ORDINANCE APPROVING THE RECORD PLAT OF
NORTHFIELD TENTH SUBDIVISION
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CAPE GIRARDEAU,
MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. The record plat of Northfield Tenth Subdivision, a
part of the West Half of the Southwest Quarter of Section 19,
Township 31 North, Range 14 East of the Fifth Principal Meridian,
City and County of Cape Girardeau, State of Missouri, submitted by
Northfield Properties, Inc., and bearing the certification of
Richard I. Bowen, a Registered Land Surveyor, dated September 20,
1989, is hereby approved.
SECTION__2. The Cit_yClerk__is hereby_ directed -to_ sign --the- plat ----
with the date of Council approval and affix thereto the seal of
the City of Cape Girardeau, Missouri.
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect
ten days after its passage and IIap��proval.
