AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SCHEDULE 0 OF SECTION 26-87
OF THE CITY CODE, RELATING TO NO LEFT TURN FROM
LEMING LANE ON TO ROUTE K, IN THE CITY OF CAPE
GIRARDEAU, MISSOURI
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CAPE GIRARDEAU,
MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. Schedule 0 of Section 26-87 of the Code of
Ordinances of the City of Cape Girardeau, Missouri, relating to
prohibited turns is hereby amended by adding the following:
Leming Lane, South bound lane, at its intersection Route K,
no left from Leming Lane on to Route K.
SECTION 2. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect
ten days after its passage and approval.
