ORDINANCE NO.
AN ORDINANCE ACCEPTING A SEWER EASEMENT FROM
SIX -THIRTY, INC. FOR THE DANA CORPORATION PROJECT
NOW, THEREFORE,BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
CAPE GIRARDEAU, MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. The City of Cape Girardeau, Missouri, hereby
accepts a Sewer Easement executed by Six -Thirty, Inc., a Missouri
Corporation, conveying to the City of Cape Girardeau, Missouri, a
Sewer Easement for the Dana Corporation project, more particularly
described as follows, to -wit:
A part of Outlot 61 in United States Private Survey
Number 2199, Township 30 North, Range 14 East, City and
County of Cape Girardeau, State of Missouri, more
particularly described as follows:
Commencing at the Southwest corner of Outlot 61; thence
North 070 12' East, 933.03 feet to the Northerly
right-of-way line of Missouri State Route 74; thence
North 780 29' East, 218.00 feet to the true point of
beginning of the easement; thence North 781 29' East,
200.00 feet; thence North 111 31' West, 10.00 feet;
thence South 78° 29' West, 200.00 feet; thence South 110
31' East, 10.00 feet to the true point of beginning;
containing 0.05 acres, more or less.
ALSO
A part of Outlot 61 in United States Private Survey
Number 2199, Township 30 North, Range 14 East, City and
County of Cape Girardeau, State of Missouri, more
particularly described as follows:
Commencing at the Southwest corner of Outlot 61; thence
North 070 12' East, 637.40 feet to the Southerly
right-of-way line of Missouri State Route 74; thence
North 780 29' East, 340.00 feet along said right-of-way
line to the true point of beginning of the easement;
thence continuing North 781 29' East, 175.00 feet; thence
south 111 31' East, 10.00 feet; thence South 781 29'
West, 175.00 feet to the Easterly right-of-way line of
Corporate Circle Drive; thence North 110 31' West, 10.00
feet to the true point of beginning, containing 0.04
acres, more or less.

A part of Outlot 61 in United States Private Survey
Number 2199, Township 30 North, Range 14 East, City and
County of Cape Girardeau, State of Missouri, more
particularly described as follows:
Commencing at the Southwest corner of Outlot 61; thence
North 070 12' East, 933.03 feet to the Northerly
right-of-way line of Missouri State Route 74; thence
North 780 29' East, 418.00 feet along said right-of-way
to the true point of beginning of the easement; thence 5
feet each side of the following described line: from the
true point of beginning, North 110 31' West, 650.00 feet
to the North line of the Six -Thirty tract; the sidelines
of the easement being shortened and prolonged to
terminate at the North line of the Six -Thirty tract; said
easement containing 0.15 acres, more or less.
SECTION 2._ This ordinance shall be in full force and effect
ten days after its passage andapproval
