AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SCHEDULE C OF SECTION
26-45 b. OF THE CITY CODE, BY PLACING STOP SIGNS
ON INTERSTATE 55, IN THE CITY OF CAPE GIRARDEAU,
MISSOURI
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CAPE GIRARDEAU,
MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. Schedule C of Section 26-45 b. of the Code of
Ordinances of the City of Cape Girardeau, Missouri, is hereby
amended by placing a stop sign in the City of Cape Girardeau,
Missouri, at the following locations:
Interstate 55 and Missouri Route 34 (Kingshighway), North
city limits, Southbound off ramp, intersecting with
Westbound lanes of Kingshighway (Missouri Route 34)-.
Interstate 55 and Missouri Route 34 (Kingshighway), North
city limits, Southbound crossover, intersecting with
Eastbound lanes of Kingshighway (Missouri Route 34).
Interstate 55 and Missouri Route 34 (Kingshighway), North
city limits, Northbound off ramp, intersecting with
Eastbound lanes of Kingshighway (Missouri Route 34).
Interstate 55 and Missouri Route 34 (Kingshighway), North
city limits, Northbound crossover, intersecting with
Westbound lanes of Kingshighway (Missouri Route 34).
Interstate 55 and Missouri Route K, Outer Road on West
side of Interstate 55, intersecting with Missouri Route K.
Interstate 55 and Missouri Route K, Southbound off ramp,
intersecting with Missouri Route K.
Interstate 55 and Missouri Route K, Northbound off ramp,
intersecting with Missouri Route K.
Interstate 55 and Bloomfield Road, Outer Road on
Southwest Quadrant of Interstate 55 and Bloomfield
intersection, intersecting with Bloomfield Road.
Interstate 55 and Bloomfield Road, Outer Road on
Southwest Quadrant of Interstate 55 and Siemers Drive at
intersection with Bloomfield Road.
Outer Road on East side of old U. S. Highway 61, at
intersection with Marquette Drive (Private Road).
Old U. S. Highway 61 Outer Road, at intersection with
Interstate 55 Northbound on ramp crossover.
Interstate 55 Northbound on ramp crossover, at
intersection with Northbound lanes of Interstate 55
Business Loop (South Kingshgihway), East side.
Meadow Brook Lane at intersection with Interstate 55
Business Loop (South Kingshighway), Northbound lanes.
Southbound off ramp from Interstate 55 at intersection
with Missouri Highway 74.
Meadow Brook Lane at intersection Missouri Highway 74.
Interstate 55 Northbound off ramp, at intersection with
Missouri Highway 74.
Outer Road, West of Interstate 55, at intersection with
Missouri Highway 74, Eastbound lane.
Outer Road, West of Interstate 55 Southbound off ramp at
intersection with Missouri Highway 74, Westbound lane.
AB Highway (Nash Road) and Interstate 55 junction,
Airport Outer Road, at intersection with AB Highway (Nash
Road) Eastbound lane.
AB Highway (Nash Road) and Interstate 55 junction,
Interstate 55 Southbound off ramp at intersection with AB
Highway (Nash Road), Westbound lane.
SECTION 2. If any section, subsection, sentence, clause,
phrase or portion of this ordinance is for any reason held invalid
or unconstitutional by any court of competent jurisdiction, such
portion shall be deemed a separate, distinct and independent
provision and such holding shall not affect the validity of the
remaining portions hereof.
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect
ten days after its passage and approval.
