AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SCHEDULE K OF SECTION
26-45 c. OF THE CITY CODE, BY PLACING YIELD SIGNS
ON INTERSTATE 55, IN THE CITY OF CAPE GIRARDEAU,
MISSOURI
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CAPE GIRARDEAU,
MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. Schedule K of Section 26-45 c. of the Code of
Ordinances of the City of Cape Girardeau, Missouri, is hereby
amended by placing a yield sign in the City of Cape Girardeau,
Missouri, at the following locations:
Interstate 55 and Missouri
city limits, Southbound
intersecting with Westbound
- ---Route-34),----
Route 34 (Kingshighway), North
off ramp right turn lane,
lanes of Kingshighway (Missouri
Interstate 55 and Missouri Route 34 (Kingshighway), North
city limits, Northbound off ramp right turn lane,
intersecting with Eastbound lanes of Kingshighway (Missouri
Route 34).
Interstate 55 and Missouri Route K, Southbound off ramp
right turn lane, intersecting with Missouri Route K.
Interstate 55 and Missouri Route K, Northbound off ramp
right turn lane, intersecting with Missouri Route K.
Interstate 55 Northbound on ramp crossover, at intersection
with Old U.S. Highway 61.
Interstate 55 Northbound on ramp crossover, at intersection
with Northbound lanes of Interstate 55 Business Loop (South
Kingshighway), West side.
Interstate 55 Northbound on ramp crossover, at intersection
with Southbound lanes of Interstate 55 Business Loop (South
Kingshighway), East side.
Interstate 55 Southbound on ramp from Missouri Highway 74,
at intersection with Interstate 55 Southbound on ramp from
Interstate 55 Business Loop (South Kingshighway),
Southbound lanes.
Interstate 55 Southbound on ramp from Interstate 55
Business Loop (South Kingshighway) Southbound lanes, at
intersection with Interstate 55.
AB Highway (Nash Road) and Interstate 55 Junction,
Interstate 55 Northbound on ramp from AB Highway.
SECTION 2. If any section, subsection, sentence, clause,
phrase or portion of this ordinance is for any reason held invalid
or unconstitutional by any court of competent jurisdiction, such
portion shall be deemed a separate, distinct and independent
provision and such holding shall not affect the validity of the
remaining portions hereof.
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall be 'in full force and effect
ten days after its passage and approval.
