AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SCHEDULE 0 OF SECTION 26-87
OF THE CITY CODE, RELATING TO PROHIBITED U-TURNS
AT THE INTERSECTION OF HOUCK PLACE AND BELLEVUE
STREET, IN THE CITY OF CAPE GIRARDEAU, MISSOURI
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CAPE GIRARDEAU,
MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. Schedule 0 of Section 26-87 of the Code of
Ordinances of the City of Cape Girardeau, Missouri, relating to
prohibited turns is hereby amended by adding the following
location:
No U-turn on Houck Place at its intersection with Bellevue on
Fridays and Saturdays from 7:00 P.M. until 12:00 Midnight.
SECTION 2. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect
ten days after its passage and approval.
