AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SCHEDULE 0 OF SECTION 26-87
OF THE CITY CODE, RELATING TO PROHIBITED TURNS ON
BROADWAY, IN THE CITY OF CAPE GIRARDEAU, MISSOURI
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CAPE GIRARDEAU,
MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. Schedule 0 of Section 26-87 of the Code of
Ordinances of the City of Cape Girardeau, Missouri, relating to
prohibited turns is hereby amended by adding the following:
No person operating a
vehicle on
Broadway between the
hours of
7:00 P.M. and 12:00
Midnight on Friday or Saturday
evening
shall enter a private
driveway or
parking lot to cut
,through
to another street or
to use the
private driveway or
parking
lot to turn around and proceed
in the opposite direction
on
Broadway.
SECTION 2. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect
ten days after its passage and approval.
