AN ORDINANCE ACCEPTING A GENERAL WARRANTY DEED
FROM SIX -THIRTY, INC. FOR ADDITIONAL WATER TOWER
SITE PROPERTY
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
CAPE GIRARDEAU, MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. The City of Cape Girardeau, Missouri, hereby
accepts a General Warranty Deed executed by Six -Thirty, Inc., a
Missouri Corporation, conveying to the City of Cape Girardeau,
Missouri, a General Warranty Deed for additional water tower site
property, more particularly described as follows, to -wit:
Commence at a point on the South line of Outlot 61, South
820 37' 04" East, 2193.56 feet from the Southwest corner
of Outlot 61; thence North 020 06' 36" West 100 feet to a
point of beginning; thence South 820 37' 04" East, 100
feet; thence South 021 06' 36" East, 100 feet; thence
North 820 37' 04" West, 40 feet; thence North 020 06' 36"
West, 60 feet; thence North 820 37' 04" West, 60 feet;
thence North 020 06' 36" West, 40 feet to the point of
beginning, containing 0.15 acres.
SECTION 2. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect
ten days after its passage and approval

Thi Deed, Made and entered into this % day
ofnineteen hundred and eighty-nine, by and
between IX -THIRTY CORPORATION, a corporation authorized to do
business in the State of Missouri, party of the first part, and
CITY OF CAPE GIRARDEAU, MISSOURI, a Municipal Corporation of the
County of Cape Girardeau, State of Missouri, party of the second
part.
WITNESSETH, that the said party of the first part, for and in
consideration of the sum of One Dollar (,$1.00) and other valuable
consideration paid by the said party of the second part, the
receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, does by these presents
Grant, Bargain and Sell, Convey and Confirm unto the said party of
the second part, the following Real Estate, situated in the County
of Cape Girardeau, and State of Missouri, to -wit:
Commence at a point on the South line of Outlot 61, South
82° 37' 04" East, 2193.56 feet from the Southwest corner of
_Oudot 61; thence North 020 06' 36" West_ 100_ feet__ to a
point of beginning; thence South 8211 37' 04" East, 100
feet; thence South 021 06' 36" East, 100 feet; thence North
821 37' 04" West, 40 feet; thence North 021 06' 36" West,
60 feet; thence North 820 37' 04" West, 60 feet; thence
North 020 06' 36" West, 40 feet to the point of beginning,
containing 0.15 acres.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the same, together with all the rights,
privileges, appurtenances and immunities thereto unto the said
party of the second part, and to its successors and assigns
forever. The said party of the first part hereby convenanting
that it and its successors, shall and will Warrant and Defend the
title to the premises unto the said party of the second part, and
to its successors and assigns forever against the lawful claims of
all persons whomsoever.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the said party of the first part has
caused these presents to be signed by its President and its
corporate seal, attested by its Secretary, to be hereunto affixed.

appeared Ernest Beussink, to me personally known, who, being by me
duly sworn, did say that he is the President of Six -Thirty
Corporation, a Corporation of the State of Missouri , and that
the seal affixed to the foregoing instrument is the corporate seal
of said Six -Thirty Corporation, and that the said instrument was
signed and sealed in behalf of said Corporation by authority of
its Board of Directors and acknowledged said instrument to be the
free act and deed of said Corporation.
