ORDINANCE NO. 1 -3 �
AN ORDINANCE ESTABLISHING THE GRADE OF LEXINGTON
AVENUE FROM 262.71 FEET WESTERLY OF PROPOSED FLAD
AVENUE TO 50 FEET WESTERLY OF CAROLINA LANE, IN
THE CITY OF CAPE GIRARDEAU, MISSOURI
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CAPE GIRARDEAU,
MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. That the grade as hereinafter described shall be
the grade of Lexington Avenue, Phase 1A,. from 262.71 feet Westerly
of proposed Flad Avenue to 50 feet Westerly of Carolina Lane, in
the City of Cape Girardeau, Missouri, and is in reference to Mean
Sea Level.
SECTION 2. Begin at a point on the centerline of Lexington
Avenue and 262.71 feet Westerly of the centerline of Flad Avenue;
which for the point of further description shall be known as
Station 30+50 at Elevation 412.00; thence along a 150 foot
vertical curve (a portion of a 450 foot vertical curve) to
Elevation 422.00 at Station 32+00; thence along a 520 foot crest
vertical curve to Elevation 432.45 at Station 37+20; thence along
a 462 foot sag vertical curve to Elevation 443.63 at Station
41+82; thence with an ascending grade of 6.075% to Elevation
447.76 at Station 42+50; thence along a 337 foot crest vertical
curve (a portion of a 400 foot vertical curve) to Elevation 461.00
at Station 45+87.51 and there terminating.
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect
ten days after its passage and approval.
