AN ORDINANCE ESTABLISHING THE GRADE OF LEMING
LANE FROM THE NORTH RIGHT-OF-WAY LINE OF WILLIAM
STREET NORTH, 307 FEET, IN THE CITY OF CAPE
GIRARDEAU, MISSOURI
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CAPE GIRARDEAU,
MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. That the grade as hereinafter described shall be
the grade of Leming Lane from the North right-of-way line of
William Street, North 307 feet, in the City of Cape Girardeau,
Missouri, and is in reference to Mean Sea Level.
SECTION 2. Begin at a point on the North right-of-way line of
William Street and the centerline of Leming Lane; which point, for
the purpose of further description, shall be known as Station 1 +
00 at elevation 368.44; thence with a descending grade of 0.3% to
elevation 368.30 at Station 1 + 45; thence along an ascending
grade of 1% to elevation 369.15 at Station 2 + 30; thence along a
100 foot vertical curve to elevation 369.15 at Station 3 + 30;
thence along a descending grade of 1% to elevation 368.45 and
there terminating.
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect
ten days after its passage and approval.
