AN ORDINANCE ESTABLISHING THE GRADE OF BERNICE
STREET, FROM FREMONT DRIVE NORTH 222.55 FEET, IN
THE CITY OF CAPE GIRARDEAU, MISSOURI
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CAPE GIRARDEAU,
MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. That the grade as hereinafter described shall be
the grade of Bernice Street from Fremont Street North 222.55 feet
to meet the existing concrete pavement, in the City of Cape
Girardeau, Missouri, and is in reference to Mean Sea Level.
SECTION 2. Begin at a point on the centerline of Bernice
Street 36 feet North of the centerline of Fremont Drive; which
point, for the purpose of further description, shall be known as
Station 0+97.7 at elevation 536.51;. thence with an ascending grade
of 8.26% to elevation 836.99 at Station 1+03.5; thence along a, 150
foot vertical curve to elevation 554.88 at Station 2+53.5; thence
along an ascending grade of 15.6% to elevation 565.65 at Station
3+20.25 and there terminating.
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect
ten days after its passage and approval.
