AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SCHEDULE F OF SECTION
26-112 OF THE CITY CODE, RELATING TO THE
PLACEMENT OF NO PARKING SIGNS ON CLARK
STREET AND ON THEMIS STREET, IN THE CITY OF
CAPE GIRARDEAU, MISSOURI
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CAPE GIRARDEAU,
MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. Schedule F of Section 26-112 of the Code of
Ordinances of the City of Cape Girardeau, Missouri, relating to no
parking zones is hereby amended by adding the following locations:
Clark Street, from Independence to Whitener, both sides of the
street.
Themis Street, from East Rodney to Mount Auburn Road, North
side of street.
SECTION 2. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect
ten days after its passage and approval.
