AN ORDINANCE APPROVING THE RECORD PLAT OF
CAPE CENTER ASSOCIATES L.P. STREET AND
EASEMENT DEDICATION PLAT
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CAPE GIRARDEAU,
MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. The record plat of Cape Center Associates L.P.
Street and Easement Dedication Plat, part of Lot No. 1 of the
Rodney 400 Arpen Tract in United States Private Survey No. 2199,
Township 30 North, Range 13 East of the Fifth Principal Meridian,
City and County of Cape Girardeau, State of Missouri, submitted by
Cape Center Associates, L.P., by H -T Enterprises III, its Managing
General Partner, and bearing the certification of R. Christopher
Bowen, a Registered Land Surveyor, dated March 6, 1989, is hereby
approved.
SECTION 2. The City Clerk is hereby directed to sign the plat
with the date of Council approval and affix thereto the seal of
the City of Cape Girardeau, Missouri.
SECTION 3. Pursuant to Section 3.15 of the Charter of the
City of Cape Girardeau, Missouri, this measure is adopted as an
emergency measure as it constitutes a Bill concerning the
immediate preservation of public peace, property, health, safety
or morals. Accordingly, this ordinance will take effect
immediately upon its passage and approval.
PASSED AND APPROVED THIS DAY OF 1989.
