AN ORDINANCE ACCEPTING A STORM DRAINAGE
EASEMENT FROM STACY L. ENGELHARDT FOR THE
MONTICELLO STREET PAVING PROJECT
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CAPE GIRARDEAU,
MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. The City of Cape Girardeau, Missouri, hereby
accepts a Storm Drainage Easement executed by Stacy L. Engelhardt,
personal representative for the Estate of Elaine Engelhardt,
Deceased, conveying to the City of Cape Girardeau, Missouri, a
Storm Drainage Easement for the Monticello Street paving project,
more particularly described as follows, to -wit:
The West 8 feet of the North 130 feet of Lot 2, Block 25 of
Monticello 2nd Addition to the City of Cape Girardeau,
Missouri.
SECTION 2. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect
ten days after its passage and approval.
