AN ORDINANCE APPROVING THE RECORD PLAT OF
DRISKELL SUBDIVISION
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CAPE GIRARDEAU,
MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. The record plat of Driskell Subdivision, the East
one-half of Lot No. 8 and all of Lots No. 9 and 10, in Block 16 of
Giboney Houck' Fourth Subdivision, City and County of Cape
Girardeau, State of Missouri, submitted by Isaac H. Driskell and
Katie E. Driskell, husband and wife, and bearing the certification
of Wayne Koehler, a Registered Land Surveyor, dated January 10,
1989, is hereby approved.
SECTION 2. The City Clerk is hereby directed to sign the plat
with the date of Council approval and affix thereto the seal of
the City of Cape Girardeau, Missouri.
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect
ten days after its passage and approval.
