ORDINANCE NO. 674
AN ORDINANCE APPROVING THE STREET DEDICATION
PLAT OF CORPORATE CIRCLE
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CAPE GIRARDEAU,
MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. The Street Dedication Plat of Corporate Circle, a
part of Outlots 61 and 62, United States Private Survey No. 2199,
Township 30 North, Range 13 East, City and County of Cape
Girardeau, State of Missouri, submitted by Six -Thirty Corporation,
a Missouri Corporation, and bearing the certification of Richard
I. Bowen, a Registered Land Surveyor, dated February 9, 1989, is
hereby approved.
SECTION 2. The City Clerk is hereby directed to sign the plat
with the date of Council approval and affix thereto the seal of
the City of Cape Girardeau, Missouri.
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect
ten days after its passage and approval.
