AN ORDINANCE APPROVING THE RECORD PLAT OF
BLATTNER FIRST WEST SUBDIVISION
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CAPE GIRARDEAU,
MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. The record plat of Blattner First West
Subdivision, being a part of Outlot No. 85, U.S.P.S. 2199,
Township 30 North, Range 13 East, City and County of Cape
Girardeau, State of Missouri, submitted by D & D Cape Investments,
L.P., a limited partnership, and the Charles Drury Trust, and
bearing the certification of R. Christopher Bowen, a Registered
Land Surveyor, dated January 26, 1989, is hereby approved.
SECTION 2. The City Clerk is hereby directed to sign the
plat with the date of Council approval and affix thereto the seal
of the City of Cape Girardeau, Missouri.
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect
ten days after is passage and approval.
