AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SCHEDULE K OF SECTION
26-45(c) OF THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF
CAPE GIRARDEAU, MISSOURI, BY PLACING A YIELD SIGN
ON LEE, EARLEEN, TIMOTHY CIRCLE, BRENTWOOD,
ANNWOOD, ASHLAND HILLS DRIVE, EAGLE RIDGE DRIVE,
FAWN DRIVE, VALLEY VIEW LANE, MONTGOMERY, HERMAN
AND COLLEGE, IN THE CITY OF CAPE GIRARDEAU, MISSOURI
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CAPE GIRARDEAU,
MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:
ARTICLE 1. Schedule K of Section 26-45(c) of the Code of
Ordinances of the City of Cape Girardeau, Missouri, is hereby
amended by placing a yield sign in the City of Cape Girardeau,
Missouri, at the following locations:
On Lee at Pamela, Northeast corner facing East.
on Earleen at Sara, Southeast corner facing South.
On Timothy Circle at Kenneth, Southwest corner facing West.
On Brentwood at Ashland Hills Drive, Southwest corner
facing West.
On Annwood at Ashland Hills Drive, Southwest corner facing
West.
On Ashland Hills Drive at Valley View Lane, Northwest
corner facing North.
On Eagle Ridge Drive at Cypress Court, Northeast corner
facing East.
On Fawn Drive at Cypress Court, Northeast corner facing
East.
On Eagle Ridge at Oak Ridge, Southwest corner facing West.
On Fawn Drive at Oak Ridge, Southwest corner facing West.
On Valley View Lane at Oak Ridge, Northeast corner facing
East.
On Montgomery at Spring, Northeast corner facing East.
On Montgomery at Spring, Southwest corner facing West.
On Montgomery at Koch, Northeast corner facing East.
On Montgomery at Koch, Southwest corner facing West.
On Herman at Louis, Southwest corner facing West.
On College at Koch, Northeast corner facing East.
On College at Koch, Southwest corner facing West.
On College at Louis, Northeast corner facing East.
On College at Louis, Southwest corner facing West.
ARTICLE 2. If any section, subsection, sentence, clause,
phrase or portion of this ordinance is for any reason held.invalid
or unconstitutional by any court of competent jurisdiction, such
portion shall be deemed a separate, distinct and independent
provision and such holding shall not affect the validity of the
remaining portions hereof.
ARTICLE 3. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect
ten days after its passage and// approval.
