AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SCHEDULE T OF SECTION
26-125 ESTABLISHING A HANDICAPPED PARKING AREA IN
THE 200 BLOCK OF BROADWAY
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CAPE GIRARDEAU,
MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:
ARTICLE 1. Schedule T of Section 26-125 of the Code of
Ordinances of the City of Cape Girardeau, Missouri, establishing
handicapped parking, is hereby amended by adding the following
location:
Broadway, 200 Block - South curb line, Starting at a
distance of 111 feet from the Southeast corner of the,
intersection of Broadway and Lorimier Streets, and running
in an Easterly direction, a distance of 24 feet stopping at
a point 135 feet East of the intersection of Broadway and
Lorimier Streets.
ARTICLE 2. If any section, subsection, sentence, clause,
phrase or portion of this ordinance is for any reason held invalid
or unconstitutional by any court of competent jurisdiction, such
portion shall be deemed a separate, distinct and independent
provision and such holding shall not affect the validity of the
remaining portions hereof.
ARTICLE 3. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect
ten days after its passage and approval. D
