AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SCHEDULE F OF SECTION
26-112 OF THE CITY CODE ESTABLISHING NO PARKING
ON LEGION DRIVE FROM BROADWAY TO NORMAL STREET,
IN THE CITY OF CAPE GIRARDEAU, MISSOURI
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CAPE GIRARDEAU,
MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:
ARTICLE 1. Schedule F of Section 26-112 of the Code of
Ordinances of the City of Cape Girardeau, Missouri, is hereby
amended by establishing no parking zones in the City of Cape
Girardeau, Missouri, at the following location:
Legion Drive, East Side, from its intersection with
Broadway, Northerly and Northeasterly a distance of 750
feet to its intersection with the Normal Street entrance to
Capaha Park.
ARTICLE 2. If any section, subsection, sentence, clause,
phrase or portion of this ordinance is for any reason held invalid
or unconstitutional by any court of competent jurisdiction, such
portion shall be deemed a separate, distinct and independent
provision and such holding shall not affect the validity of the
remaining portions hereof.
ARTICLE 3. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect
ten days after its passage and approval.
