AN ORDINANCE ACCEPTING SEWER EASEMENTS FROM
F. WAYNE McCULLOUGH AND BONNIE McCULLOUGH FOR THE
KAGE HILLS SEWER PROJECT
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CAPE GIRARDEAU,
MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:
ARTICLE 1. The City of Cape Girardeau, Missouri, hereby
accepts a Temporary Construction Easement executed by F. Wayne
McCullough and Bonnie McCullough, husband and wife, conveying to
the City of Cape Girardeau, Missouri, an easement for sewers in
the Kage Hills Sewer Project, more particularly described as
follows, to -wit:
That part of the Northwest Quarter of the Southwest Quarter
of Section 26 in Township 31 North, Range 13 East, City and
County of Cape Girardeau, State of Missouri, described as
follows:
Commence at the Northeast corner of the Northwest Quarter
of the Southwest Quarter of Section 26; thence North 870
38' West with the North line of said Quarter Quarter 410
feet; thence South along the East line of a parcel
described in Book 478, Page 59 of the land records of Cape
Girardeau County Missouri, 238.2 feet for the point of
beginning; thence South 380 03' West 68.9 feet; thence
North 341 20' West 33.2 feet; thence North 22° 55' 18" East
108.37 feet; thence East 18.85 feet; thence South 73.14
feet to the point of beginning, containing 0.098 acres
(4,250 sq. ft.), more or less.
ARTICLE 2. The City of Cape Girardeau, Missouri, hereby
accepts a Sewer Easement executed by F. Wayne McCullough and
Bonnie McCullough, husband and wife, conveying to the City of Cape
Girardeau, Missouri, an easement for sewers in the Kage Hills
Sewer Project, more particularly described as follows, to -wit:
That part of the Northwest Quarter of the Southwest Quarter
of Section 26, in Township 31 North, Range 13 East, City
and County of Cape Girardeau, State of Missouri, described
as follows:
Commence at the Northeast corner of the Northwest Quarter
of the Southwest Quarter of Section 26; thence North 870
38' West, with the North line of said Quarter Quarter 410
feet; thence South 198.71 feet for the point of beginning
on the east property line of a parcel described in Book
478, Page 59 of the land records of Cape Girardeau County,
Missouri; thence South 22° 55' 18" West 93.27 feet; thence
North 340 20' West 14.8 feet, thence South 380 03' West
9.76 feet; thence North 22° 55' 18" East 114.01 feet;
thence East 6.28 feet; thence South 23.65 feet to the point
of beginning containing .039 acres (1,697 sq. ft.) more or
less.
ARTICLE 3. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect
ten days after its passage and approval.
