AN ORDINANCE ACCEPTING A QUIT CLAIM DEED FROM SIX -
THIRTY INC. FOR THE MINNESOTA AVENUE IMPROVEMENT
PROJECT
ARTICLE 1. The City of Cape Girardeau, Missouri, hereby
accepts a Quit Claim Deed executed by Six -Thirty, Inc., a Missouri
Corporation, conveying to the City of Cape Girardeau, Missouri, a
Quit Claim Deed for the Minnesota Avenue Improvement Project, more
particularly described as follows, to -wit:
Commencing at a Stone marking the Southwest corner of Out
Lot 53, in U.S. Survey 2199, Township 30 North, Range 14
East of the Fifth Principal Meridian, in the City of Cape
Girardeau, Missouri; thence South 820 30' 16" East, along
said line dividing Out Lot's 53 and 62, 20.00 feet to the
East right-of-way of Minnesota Avenue; thence South 70
29' 44" West along said East right-of-way, 78.09 feet to
a curve to the right; thence along said curve to the
right, having a radius of 600.00 feet and a length of
302.08 feet, to a point of tangent; thence South 360 20'
30" West, along said East right-of-way, 50.21 feet to a
point; thence South 530 39' 30" East, along said East
right-of-way, 5.00 feet to a point; thence South 360 20'
30" West along said East right-of-way line 185.82 feet to
a curve to the left; thence along said curve to the left,
having a radius of 395.00 feet and a length of 332.49
feet to a point of tangent; thence South 110 53' 13"
East, along said East right-of-way, 230.62 feet to a
point on the North right-of-way line of State Highway 74,
said point being 55.00 feet perpendicular, Easterly from
center line projection of existing Corporate Circle
Drive; thence South 460 18' 51" West, along said North
right-of-way of State Highway 74, 45.50 feet to a point;
thence South 780 6' 47" West, 66.33 feet to a point, said
point being the intersection of the North right-of-way of
State Highway 74 and the West right-of-way of Minnesota
Avenue; thence North 110 53' 13" West, along said West
right-of-way of Minnesota Avenue, 119.21 feet to a point;
thence South 780 6' 47" West, 5.00 feet to a point;
thence North 110 53' 13" West, along said West
right-of-way 135.39 feet to a curve to the right; thence
along said curve to the right having a radius of 505.00
feet and a length of 425.08 feet to a point of tangent;
thence North 360 20' 30" East, along said West
right-of-way, 236.03 feet to a curve to the left;
thencealong said curve to the left having a radius of
495.00 feet and a length of 134.81 feet to a point of
tangent; thence South 690 15' 47" East and radial to the
curve, 5.00 feet to a curve to the left; thence along
said curve to the left, having a radius of 500.00 feet a
length of 115.55 feet and a cord bearing of North 140 6'
59" East, cord length being 115.30 feet to a tangent;
thence North 70 29' 44" East, along said West
right-of-way, 78.09 feet to a point in the South line of
Out Lot 54 in U.S. Survey 2199; thence South 820 30' 16"
East, with said line, 80.00 feet to the place of
beginning. Containing 130,501 square feet more or less.
ARTICLE 2. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect
ten days after its passage and approval.
