ORDINANCE NO.
AN ORDINANCE ACCEPTING STORM DRAINAGE EASEMENTS
FROM RED STAR BAPTIST CHURCH AND DELBERT L.
WALTER AND JOAN M. WALTER FOR THE RED STAR STORM
WATER DRAINAGE PROJECT
ARTICLE 1. The City of Cape Girardeau, Missouri, hereby
accepts a Storm Drainage Easement executed by Red Star Baptist
Church, a pro forma decree corporation, conveying to the City of.
Cape Girardeau, Missouri, a Storm Drainage Easement for the Red
Star Storm Water Drainage Project, more particularly described as
follows, to -wit:
Easement across the East 40 feet of the West one-half of
Lot 13, Block 14, of Robertson and Gale's Subdivision in
the City of Cape Girardeau, Missouri.
ARTICLE 2. The City of Cape Girardeau, Missouri, hereby
accepts a Storm Drainage Easement executed by Delbert L. Walter
and Joan M. Walter, his wife, conveying to the City of Cape
Girardeau, Missouri, a Storm Drainage Easement for the Red Star
Storm Water Drainage Project, more particularly described as
follows, to -wit:
Easement across the Southwest corner of the East one-half
of Lot 13, Block 14, Robertson and Gale Subdivision, in
the City of Cape Girardeau, Missouri, more particularly
being a tract 30 feet wide in the East-West Direction and
50 feet long in the North-South direction.
ARTICLE 3. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect ten
days after its passage and approval.
