AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SCHEDULE F OF SECTION
26-247 OF THE CITY CODE, ESTABLISHING NO PARKING
ON PERRYVILLE ROAD, THILENIUS STREET AND SUNSET
BOULEVARD, IN THE CITY OF CAPE GIRARDEAU, MISSOURI
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CAPE GIRARDEAU,
MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:
ARTICLE 1. Schedule F of Section 26-247 of the Code of
Ordinances of the City of Cape Girardeau, Missouri, is hereby
amended by establishing no parking zones in the City of Cape
Girardeau, Missouri, at the following locations:
Perryville Road, 1700 and 1800 Blocks, East side, beginning
at the intersection of Bertling and Perryville Road and
continuing North to the intersection of Perryville Road and
Cape Rock Drive.
Thilenius Street, South side, along the South curb -line,
Eastward for a distance of 157 feet from Sunset Boulevard.
Sunset Boulevard, East side, along the East curb -line of
Sunset Boulevard, from Thilenius Street Northward to Lacey
Street.
ARTICLE 2. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect
ten days after its passage and approval.
