AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SCHEDULE F OF SECTION
26-247 OF THE CITY CODE, ESTABLISHING NO PARKING
ON SOUTH BROADVIEW, IN THE CITY OF CAPE
GIRARDEAU, MISSOURI
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CAPE GIRARDEAU,
MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:
ARTICLE 1. Schedule F of Section 26-247 of the Code of
Ordinances of the City of Cape Girardeau, Missouri, is hereby
amended by establishing no parking zones in the City of Cape
Girardeau, Missouri, at the following locations:
Broadview, 100 Block South, West curb line, beginning at a
point 305 feet South of Independence Street, and extending
Southward for a distance of 384 feet.
ARTICLE 2. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect
ten days after its passage and approval.
