AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SCHEDULE K OF SECTION
26-121 OF THE CITY CODE, BY PLACING YIELD SIGNS
ON SURREY LANE, FREMONT DRIVE, MELISSA LANE,
EVONDALE DRIVE AND STEVEN DRIVE, IN THE CITY OF
CAPE GIRARDEAU, MISSOURI
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CAPE GIRARDEAU,
MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:
ARTICLE 1. Schedule K of Section 26-121 of the Code of
Ordinances of the City of Cape Girardeau, Missouri, is hereby
amended by placing yield signs in the City of Cape Girardeau,
Missouri, at the following locations:
On Surrey Lane at Bernice, on the Northeast corner, facing
East.
On Fremont Drive at Lakewood, on the Southwest corner,
facing West.
On Melissa Lane at Surrey Lane, on the Southeast corner,
facing South.
On Melissa Lane at Bernice, on the Northwest corner, facing
North.
On Melissa Lane at Autumn Drive, on the Northwest corner,
facing North.
On Evondale Drive at Nottingham, on the Southwest corner,
facing West.
On Steven Drive at Ferndale Drive, on the Southeast corner,
facing South.
ARTICLE 2. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect
ten days after its passage and approval.
