AN ORDINANCE APPROVING THE RECORD PLAT OF
WOODLAND PLACE SUBDIVISION NO. 3 (AMENDED)
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CAPE GIRARDEAU,
MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:
ARTICLE 1. The record plat of Woodland Place Subdivision
No. 3 (Amended), being a part of the Southeast Quarter of Section
23, Township 31 North, Range 13 East of the Fifth Principal
Meridian, City and County of Cape Girardeau, State of Missouri,
submitted by Randol Farms Development, Inc., and bearing the
certification of Wayne Koehler, a Registered Land Surveyor, dated
February 1, 1991, is hereby approved.
ARTICLE 2. The City Clerk is hereby directed to sign the plat
with the date of Council approval and affix thereto the seal of
the City of Cape Girardeau, Missouri.
ARTICLE 3. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect
ten days after its passage and approval.
