ORDINANCE NO.
AN ORDINANCE REPEALING ORDINANCE NO. 955 AND
AMENDING SCHEDULE F OF SECTION 26-247 OF THE CITY
CODE ESTABLISHING NO PARKING ON KAGE HILLS DRIVE,
IN THE CITY OF CAPE GIRARDEAU, MISSOURI
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CAPE GIRARDEAU,
MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:
ARTICLE 1. Ordinance 955, passed and approved December 19,
1990, which amended Schedule F of Section 26-112 of the Code of
Ordinances of the City of Cape Girardeau, Missouri, establishing
no parking zones in the City of Cape Girardeau, Missouri, at the
following.location:
Kage Hills Drive, Either Side, from the North intersection
of Kage Hills Drive and Kage Road North, and then Westerly
turning South to the intersection of Kage Hills Drive and
Kage Road.
is hereby repealed in its entirety.
ARTICLE 2. Schedule F of Section 26-247 of the Code of
Ordinances of the City of Cape Girardeau, Missouri, is hereby
amended by establishing no parking zones in the City of Cape
Girardeau, Missouri, at the following locations:
Kage Hills Drive, from the Northwest corner of the North
intersection of Kage Hills Drive and Kage Road along the
North curbline West, and then South along the West curbline
of Kage Hills Drive to the Northwest corner of the South
intersection of Kage Hills Drive and Kage Road.
Kage Hills Drive, starting at a point 882 feet North of the
Northeast corner of the South intersection of Kage Hills
Drive and Kage Road along the East curbline North, turning
East, and then along the South curbline a distance of 132
feet and there terminating.
ARTICLE 3. If any section, subsection, sentence, clause,
phrase or portion of this ordinance is for any reason held invalid
or unconstitutional by any court of competent jurisdiction, such
portion shall be deemed a separate, distinct and independent
provision and such holding shall not affect the validity of the
remaining portions hereof.
ARTICLE 4. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect
ten days after its passage and approval.
