ORDINANCE NO.
AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE A
QUIT CLAIM DEED TO G. KEITH DEIMUND, TRUSTEE, FOR
A WASTEWATER TREATMENT PLANT FACILITY SITE
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CAPE GIRARDEAU,
MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:
ARTICLE 1. The Mayor, for and on behalf of the City of Cape
Girardeau, Missouri, is hereby authorized to execute a Quit Claim
Deed conveying real estate to G. Keith Deimund, Trustee of the G.
Keith Deimund Trust of September 3, 1979, for a wastewater
treatment plant facility site.
ARTICLE 2. This ordinance shall be
ten days after its passage and approval.
