AN ORDINANCE ACCEPTING GENERAL WARRANTY DEEDS
FROM CHARLES F. BLATTNER AND JOYCE E. BLATTNER
AND JERRY E. ERLBACHER AND MARTHA ERLBACHER;
DRURY DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION; FIRST EXCHANGE
BANK OF CAPE GIRARDEAU; AND JOE DAVID JAMES, JR.
FOR THE CAPE LA CROIX CREEK -WALKER BRANCH FLOOD
CONTROL PROJECT
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CAPE GIRARDEAU,
MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:
ARTICLE 1. The City of Cape Girardeau, Missouri, hereby
accepts a General Warranty Deed executed by Charles F. Blattner
and Joyce E. Blattner, husband and wife, and Jerry E. Erlbacher
and Martha Erlbacher, husband and wife, conveying to the City of
Cape Girardeau, Missouri, a General Warranty Deed for property in
the Cape LaCroix Creek -Walker Branch Flood Control Project, more
particularly described as follows, to -wit:

That part of the Rodney 400 Arpen Tract, and that part of
Outlot No. 55 in U.S.P. Survey No. 2199, Township 30 North,
Range 13 East, City and County of Cape Girardeau, State of
Missouri, described as follows:
Commence at the Northwest Corner of said Outlot No. 55,
marked by a 1/2 inch iron rod; thence South 821 16' 51"

accepts a General Warranty Deed executed by Drury Development
Corporation, conveying to the City of Cape Girardeau, Missouri, a
General Warranty Deed for property in the Cape LaCroix
Creek -Walker Branch Flood Control Project, more particularly
described as follows, to -wit:

That part of Lot. No. 24 of Independence West First
Commercial Subdivision in the City and County of Cape
Girardeau, State of Missouri, as recorded in Plat Book 13
at Page 18, and described as follows:
Commence at the Northwest corner of said Lot No. 24; thence
South 860 03' 02" East, with the North line of said lot,
188.80 feet, to the place of beginning; thence continue
South 860 03' 02" East, 110.98 feet; thence South 30 56'
58" West, 324.80 feet; thence North 850 54' 07" West,
112.56 feet; thence North 20 47' 39" East, 3.12 feet;

accepts a General Warranty Deed executed by First Exchange Bank of
Cape Girardeau, a corporation, conveying to the City of Cape
Girardeau, Missouri, a General Warranty Deed for property in the
Cape LaCroix Creek -Walker Branch Flood Control Project, more
particularly described as follows, to -wit:

Creek -Walker Branch Flood Control Project, more particularly
described as follows, to -wit:
