AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SCHEDULE C OF SECTION
26-121 OF THE CITY CODE, BY PLACING STOP SIGNS ON
SIEMERS DRIVE AND ON CAMPSTER DRIVE, IN THE CITY
OF CAPE GIRARDEAU, MISSOURI
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CAPE GIRARDEAU,
MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:
ARTICLE 1. Schedule C of Section 26-121 of the Code of
Ordinances of the City of Cape Girardeau, Missouri, is hereby
amended by placing a. stop sign in the City of Cape Girardeau,
Missouri, at the following locations:
On Siemers Drive at Missouri Route K, Southeast
corner, facing South.
On Siemers Drive at Bloomfield Road, Northwest corner,
facing North.
On Campster Drive at Siemers Drive, Northeast corner,
facing East.
ARTICLE 2. If any section, subsection, sentence, clause,
phrase or portion of this ordinance is for any reason held invalid
or unconstitutional by any court of competent jurisdiction, such
portion shall be deemed a separate, distinct and independent
provision and such holding shall not affect the validity of the
remaining portions hereof.
ARTICLE 3. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect
ten days after its passage and approval.
